Job Description

We’re looking for 9 energetic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to help bring a Halloween-themed Grand Opening to life inside a major national retail store.

This event will feature fun activities, giveaways, and trick-or-treating. If you love bringing energy to events and being part of a family-friendly celebration, this role is for you!

• Dates: October 10th, 11th, and 12th
• Shift Times: 9:30am – 3:30pm each day
• Location: Oakville, ON
  
  

Training

• Mandatory Virtual Training Call: October 7th, 4:00pm–5:00pm (tentative)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests in a fun, professional, and enthusiastic way
• Support interactive stations and themed activities throughout the store
• Hand out treats, prizes, and samples with energy and excitement
• Keep event areas stocked, tidy, and inviting
• Assist with general event flow and guest experience
  
  

Requirements

• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with both kids and adults
• Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
• Ability to work on your feet and stay energized throughout the event
• Previous event/brand ambassador experience is an asset
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs for setup and cleanup duties.
• Must have reliable transportation to the event location.
