Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Change, Information Technology) OR Two-year Community College Diploma with relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years as lead Change Manager on medium to large-scale transformational projects involving multiple business units and 8+ direct participants
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience in Cybersecurity, IT modernization, or digital transformation change delivery
- Certification in recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change Management)
