This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Who You Are
- A rock star in outbound logistics, order fulfillment, and distribution—with strong experience managing customer shipments at scale.
- Skilled in juggling order details across time zones, vendors, and customer teams without missing a beat.
- Strong communicator who ensures customers, partners, and internal teams stay aligned.
- Experienced with global shipping terms, customs documentation, tariffs & trade compliance—especially in tech/IT hardware.
- Comfortable with ERP and order management systems—bonus points for SAP S4/HANA, or e-commerce integrations.
- Manage outbound shipments of finished goods to global customers, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes: order release, pick/pack, shipping, and customer delivery tracking.
- Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure reliable on-time delivery.
- Track, trace, and proactively resolve shipment or fulfillment issues before they impact customers.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to meet customer commitments and service levels.
- Analyze logistics costs and identify savings opportunities
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory and quality standard.
- The ins and outs of global order fulfillment, outbound logistics, and customer delivery in a high-tech environment.
- How to optimize outbound shipping, 3PL performance, and order accuracy in a rapid growth setting.
- Real-world knowledge on improving speed, reliability, and customer experience across the fulfillment supply chain.
