Cheil Canada is seeking a Digital Project Manager to support our Client Services team. The Digital Project Manager will assure the implementation and management of a variety of web-based projects to deliver them on-time and within budget. In addition, the Digital Project Manager will serve as an interlocutor between the clients, Cheil team, and any third party or freelances involved in each project.

Cheil Canada is seeking a Digital Project Manager to support our Client Services team. The Digital Project Manager will assure the implementation and management of a variety of web-based projects to deliver them on-time and within budget. In addition, the Digital Project Manager will serve as an interlocutor between the clients, Cheil team, and any third party or freelances involved in each project.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gathering project requirements from clients and supporting their requests.
- Creating project estimates and scoping the best solution based on the requirements.
- Clearly translating client requirements to internal team members.
- Define and track project milestones and manage the day-to-day delivery of projects accordingly.
- Communication of milestones with the team and to clients.
- Oversee developers to ensure project outputs are QA’d and presented on time.
- Identify and respond to risks that may impact budget, scope or the timely delivery of projects.
- Manage, action and report project progress to the leadership team.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships with a positive, can-do attitude.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital project management.
- Deployment of projects on AEM or a similar CMS.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- On-going client relationship management experience.
- Past experience in gathering clients' requirements and delivering concise specifications.
- Clear capacity to create and manage project plans and schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple people, priorities and projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
