A Day In The Life

Connect third-party brands with the Company’s most significant marketing investments, delivering best-in class global programs that drive brand equity and business growth. Lead the strategic development and execution of hospitality and ticketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of properties and brands. Own internal platforms, manage executive-level communications, and enable cross-functional alignment.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Plan events with appropriate marketing staff
  • Staff planning with appropriate employees and/or vendors for all on-site event staff
  • Event related invoice processing
  • Event budget management
  • Ensure branding standards are met
  • Event asset inventory control and maintenance
  • Communication of event plan to all relevant parties
  • On the ground event set up, live event management and tear down
  • Event recaps --photos, strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), sampling
  • Development and implementation of annual and/or individual event marketing plans

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Hospitality Management, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field of study
  • More than 5 years of experience in event production, management, and activation
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in inventory systems

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of CAD $68,625 - CAD $91,500. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
