Traveling Foreman for Climbing Wall Installations

Position Description

We are looking for motivated team leads to participate in our upcoming installations. As a site foreman, you’ll travel across North America, working closely with our experienced installation team to bring our projects to life! The responsibilities include:

• Develop, coordinate, and execute the installation plan for each project
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure deliverables are met
• Guide and support the rest of the installation team for each task on the job site
• Ensure that each project installation is delivered on time and on quality
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate Has The Following Characteristics

• Ability to travel from 1 week up to 3 months at a time
• Previous leadership experience in trades or construction
• Extensive experience trades (carpentry, construction, climbing wall manufacturing, or other)
• Positive leader exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

Contract details

• Freelance contracts per project
• During active worksites, full-time work, 45-60h/week
• Competitive salary based on previous experience
