An established and growing organization is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and support all aspects of human resources and workplace culture. This is both a strategic and hands-on role focused on building strong people practices, supporting employee engagement, and aligning HR programs with business goals.

About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while developing and implementing initiatives related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, compensation, and workplace culture. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR programs, processes, and policies related to recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development
  • Attract top talent by creating compelling job postings and leading efficient hiring processes
  • Support new hire onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and early engagement
  • Advise leaders on employee performance, career development, and coaching
  • Drive succession planning and workforce development initiatives
  • Collaborate with payroll/finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration
  • Monitor and support compliance with all HR-related legislation and employment standards
  • Support workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
  • Maintain and safeguard HR records, documentation, and development plans
  • Champion company values and contribute to a positive organizational culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources
  • Well-rounded knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Experience supporting leadership teams and building HR frameworks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
