Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Account Growth & Relationship Management: In addition to managing day-to-day customer queries, you will take a strategic approach to identifying and cultivating growth opportunities within existing accounts. By proactively analyzing customer business priorities, needs and business goals, you will position Index’s offerings to strengthen relationships and drive long-term growth. This includes not just responding to immediate needs but anticipating future challenges and proactively proposing solutions that enhance customer value and deepen our business partnerships.
- Exemplary Customer Service & Anticipatory Solutions: You will ensure top-tier customer experiences by not only resolving issues efficiently but also by anticipating customer needs and addressing them before they arise. Your proactive approach to customer service will help strengthen loyalty and foster deeper, more strategic relationships with key clients.
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: You will be responsible for ensuring all operational tasks are executed with precision while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline processes for greater efficiency. This includes HAM monitoring, Mail Merges, Programs and account troubleshooting. In this role, you will also establish feedback mechanisms with a number of cross functional teams, ensuring accountability. You will also maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM to drive informed decision-making and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong emphasis on sales, growth, and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to operate with a sales/growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to expand customer accounts and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated skill in managing customer relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Operational acumen, capable of handling multiple priorities and adapting to new circumstances quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, CRM platforms, with an ability to utilize data for driving growth and operational decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry including, advertising/publisher and network business models, ad serving, media trading, and/or RTB is an asset but not required
- Bilingual in French, German, Spanish or Japanese
