What You’ll Do
As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing inventory across our facility. You’ll work closely with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure materials are where they need to be—accurately tracked, safely stored, and ready for use.

Must-haves
This is a safety-sensitive role. You’ll be working near equipment and occasionally in field environments, so PPE and safety awareness are essential. You must be eligible for Canadian Class 2 Security Clearance and pass a background check.

What You’ll Do
As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing inventory across our facility. You’ll work closely with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to ensure materials are where they need to be—accurately tracked, safely stored, and ready for use.
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Receiving, storing, picking, and packing materials and finished goods
- Keeping inventory records up to date in our ERP system
- Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Supporting production schedules with timely material flow
- Coordinating shipments and deliveries with internal teams
- Managing specialised inventory like lithium batteries and fleet vehicles
- Identifying ways to improve warehouse processes and reduce waste
We’re open to training the right candidate, but here’s what would help you succeed:
Must-haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid non-GDL driver’s licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Forklift certification
- Experience towing trailers or managing fleet vehicles
- Knowledge of handling dangerous goods or specialised inventory
