You will plan requirements, manage schedules and communicate risks to stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle. You will bridge discussions with executives and technical trade-offs with developers, using your expertise to drive the direction of programs.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 10 years of experience in product, developing, operations, or technical consulting roles.
- Experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or a related technical field.
- 10 years of experience in a software program management role in cloud computing.
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 7 years of experience managing cross-functional programs spanning technical and non-technical members.
- Experience executing product launch or go-to-market processes and launch execution.
- Experience in distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML and differentiation of AI model building versus traditional software builds.

Responsibilities
- Drive mission critical horizontal programs across multiple products including quality/reliability codes and customer incubation.
- Collaborate with Software Developers, Product Managers, and cross-functional groups to drive software development, and manage technical dependencies across the stack.
- Define, iterate, and operationalize key metrics that will help achieve product goals and allow the team to prioritize efforts.
- Manage a collection of technical programs, drive a multi-quarter roadmap, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across teams, organizations, program areas to reach consensus on product direction, north-star metrics, developing feasibility, etc.
