- Act as a liaison between customers and carriers to ensure smooth freight movement
- Coordinate across multiple modes of transportation including Full Load, LTL, Expedited, Specialized, and Over-Dimensional services
- Provide accurate quotes, schedule shipments, and monitor freight status
- Troubleshoot issues with shipments and resolve problems quickly
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure repeat business
- Support the team in achieving performance and service excellence targets
- A positive, CAN-DO attitude with strong communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience
- Knowledge of multiple modes of transportation (LTL, Expedited, Specialized, Over-Dimensional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork and team-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Completion of High School or equivalent (post-secondary in logistics or supply chain is an asset)
