Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes.


• Prepare and review reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, general ledger, and sub-ledgers.


• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data; investigate discrepancies.


• Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors.


• Contribute to system migration projects (Workday, OneStream).


• Collaborate with FP&A on financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation (or progress toward it) preferred.


• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis.


• Strong technical accounting knowledge.


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Workday, OneStream, or similar).


• Advanced Excel skills; analytical and problem-solving mindset.


• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
