Under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Customer Service, Eastern Region, the Inside Sales Representative - CVT / Packaging Quebec is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction of all assigned accounts. Furthermore, this positions main responsibility will be prospecting, closing and growing new accounts as well as being responsible for growing existing accounts under his/her name. This consists of both handling inbound calls, and inquires, as well as, placing outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Cryopak /CVT is an innovative, cold chain & temperature-controlled packaging solutions manufacturer for pharmaceutical, life science, biotech, food, and electronic companies. Cryopak helps to maintain the integrity of its customer's products through the design, testing, and manufacturing of packaging and materials for shipping cold chain products. They also provide the hardware and software for temperature verification along the distribution process.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage in-house orders – attend production meetings, work with operators team and communicate lead times to customer.
- Place outgoing calls within existing accounts to build relationship, conduct surveys and promote new products.
- Prospecting for new accounts, and routing Pharma leads to outside sales.
- Travel within Eastern Canada to meet customers linked to larger opportunities
- Working with Operations Manager and Service Director, to ensure planning for accounts.
- 1-5 years of experience in a sales capacity
- Excellent phone demeanor
- Fluent in both English and French. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that the candidate speaks fluently in both languages as the role involves collaboration with colleagues and clients in the USA and Eastern Canada. This includes participating in meetings with US and Eastern Canada clients, conducting audits in English, and preparing reports in English. Proficiency in English is essential to ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration with our international partners.
