Synopsis of the role

The Sales Account Executive serves as a dual-role professional, actively pursuing new business opportunities while

also nurturing and expanding revenue within an established portfolio of existing accounts. This individual will

develop and execute strategic plans to secure significant revenue from both target accounts and new business,

alongside increasing and maintaining revenue from current clients through Solution Selling processes. This role

involves managing client contracts to ensure renewals and substantial revenue growth via up-selling and effective

revenue management, as well as leading solution selling initiatives to create value-added client solutions by

collaborating with the Equifax team to maximize sales potential across all account types.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategically manage and expand an existing portfolio of high-value accounts while aggressively identifying

and converting new business opportunities to drive significant revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement proactive account strategies to retain, grow, and deepen relationships with current

clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Actively pursue and acquire new business opportunities, identifying key decision-makers and strategically

guiding the sales process to secure significant revenue gains.

  • Develop and implement aggressive outbound prospecting strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand

market share.

  • Strategically grow revenue by driving new client acquisition and expanding within existing accounts,

leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver highly customized, value-added solutions.

  • Lead the entire sales cycle for both new and existing accounts, from initial outreach and needs assessment

to complex negotiations and contract closure, ensuring maximum revenue and profitability.

  • Collaborate with internal Equifax teams to create compelling solutions that address critical business issues

for both prospective and current clients.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects and manage sales activities for the existing book of

business to consistently exceed overall revenue targets.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in both target organizations and

established accounts to drive new client adoption, account expansion, and long-term partnerships.

What Experience You Need

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in account management, with a strong focus on new account

acquisition and development

  • Minimum of 3 years managing large-scale enterprise clients/accounts, particularly within the automotive

sector

  • Extensive expertise in prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and successful deal closure with

C-level decision-makers

  • Demonstrated ability to grow, retain, and secure existing revenue through Solution Selling methodologies
  • Stays abreast of new innovations, applications, technical changes, market conditions, emerging trends, and

competitive activities

  • Experience in automotive captive or finance lending.
  • Proficient in utilizing Salesforce for comprehensive account management and sales governance
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
