- Coordinating with Sales Support and Skyline Management colleagues in order to maintain accurate data on worldwide sales activity.
- Preparing weekly reports used by the Sales Leadership team to review the organization’s progress on their quarterly mandates.
- Supporting the creation of various Senior Management presentations to highlight the Sales team’s performance.
- Assisting the Sales Account Representatives on transactional items (such as providing product brochures, obtaining quotes for customer-specific requests, drafting proposals, etc.)
- Participating in the conception, development and implementation of new tools, reports, processes, and databases to improve the overall Sales Operations organization.
- To utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) in your day-to-day activities.
- To work autonomously and to take ownership of your assigned tasks.
- To develop soft skills such as critical thinking and time management.
- To apply key aspects of corporate governance & strategy.
- To navigate the Salesforce.com application.
- You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related programs.
- You are a team player and are highly reliable.
- You have demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and you have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet dynamic deadlines.
- You are bilingual (fluent in French and English).
- You are proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Aerospace and Sales experience is an asset.
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 4 months
