Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in consulting, IT services, or other relevant field.
- Experience leading cloud migrations, digital implementations, or managed services operations for organizations.
- Experience with IT infrastructure or cloud-native applications development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience leading large enterprise organizations through people, process, and technology transformation from building and operating legacy, on-premise software to running as a digital native business in the public cloud.
- Experience with data center migration strategies, collaborating with channel partners and systems integrators.
- Experience helping customers decide whether to make investments in new technologies and projects based on expected value and return on investment (ROI).
- Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.
About the job
As a Consulting Account Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Google Cloud’s customers, helping them achieve business goals by driving adoption of Google Cloud products, removing organizational and technical barriers, and recommending best practices. You will work closely with customer-facing teams, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure successful cloud transformations and outstanding customer experiencesIn this role, you will be expected to be on the customer site approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and onboarding of Google Cloud at key organizations to help customers realize the business value of partnership and offerings.
- Create value for customers by defining success, building joint plans with objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics.
- Form relationships with stakeholders (e.g. C-Suite and IT teams) to understand their business and develop roadmaps.
- Guide IT and business executives through organizational changes to unlock cloud value, and align staff, training, and partners for transformation.
- Partner with customer-facing teams and executives across Google to develop technical plans enabling customers to achieve business and cloud goals.
