The Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host sets the tone for the dining experience. You’ll greet guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations and walk-ins, and ensure smooth seating flow in collaboration with the management and service team

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage reservations and guest flow using our booking system
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
• Work closely with servers and managers to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Keep the front entrance, host stand, and menus tidy and organized
• Support the team with other front-of-house tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest care
