Patrol store areas Deal with theft, shop vandalism, loss control, access control and other emergency situations Detain suspects, coordinate and interact with police and other law enforcement entities Investigate internal thefts, interview or interrogate staff members, check personal backpack/belongings as necessary Provide assistance to people who are injured in the stores including staffs and customers Ensure CCTV system in store is properly functioned and utilized Remove any unwanted personnel from T&T’s premise if necessary Report to the Duty Manager anything suspicious during the shift Familiarize and enforce company’s rules and regulations

Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 36 stores across the country: 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 13 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.

- Patrol store areas
- Deal with theft, shop vandalism, loss control, access control and other emergency situations
- Detain suspects, coordinate and interact with police and other law enforcement entities
- Investigate internal thefts, interview or interrogate staff members, check personal backpack/belongings as necessary
- Provide assistance to people who are injured in the stores including staffs and customers
- Ensure CCTV system in store is properly functioned and utilized
- Remove any unwanted personnel from T&T’s premise if necessary
- Report to the Duty Manager anything suspicious during the shift
- Familiarize and enforce company’s rules and regulations
- Demonstrate job commitment, accountable, reliable
- A good team player, able to collaborate with and assist other colleagues
- Possess a positive, proactive, self-motivated work attitude
- Good attendance record, comply with company’s rules and regulations
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays
- Must possess a valid Provincial Security Worker License
- Able to work well independently and able to make decisions
- Able to follow instructions, details and to work well under pressure
- Be prepared to stand and stay alert for long hours
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin) an asset
- Knowledge of basic work safety
- Proficiency in English, and conversational ability in either Cantonese or Mandarin will be of an asset
- Possess relevant loss prevention experience is preferred
