Identity Analyst:

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Identity Analyst for a four-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Calgary office.


Identity Analyst - Job Description:

This operational backfill role involves managing access requests for the IAM Engineering team. The role requires maintaining performance-based SLAs in a fast-paced and complex environment.


Identity Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Act as a representative of the Identity & Access Management team, promoting strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders.
• Accomplish day-to-day tasks largely independently.
• Actively engage leaders with updates on progress.
• Flag obstacles or barriers to progress early and often.
  
  
  

Identity Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

• Strong communication skills and experience with Active Directory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
• Strong experience with Okta, including configuring SSO (SAML & OIDC applications), Okta Identity Governance, and Okta Workflows.
• Solid understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, particularly in multi-forest environments.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and practices.
• Knowledge of the NIST framework and other information security standards.
  
  
  

Identity Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL v4.
• Development experience within the agile framework.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to map, translate, and improve business processes.
• Proven research and troubleshooting skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
