Commercial Real Estate Associate - 4 + Years (Downtown Vancouver)

Our client, the Vancouver office of a reputable National law firm is looking to add a Real Estate Lawyer to their highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Group.

In this role, you will be advise clients on a broad range of real estate matters with respect to acquisitions and dispositions, development (including entitlements and marketing), infrastructure projects, real estate joint ventures, financings, leasing, and P3's.

Requirements:

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have an LL.B/ JD, and 4+ years of relevant Commercial Real Estate Law Experience (particularly transaction and development)
• Excellent academic records
• Are a true team player
• Have strong communication, analytical interpersonal and organizational skills
