Key Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert on your territory by planning and executing regular store visits according to an optimized schedule.
  • Ensure flawless execution of our “Picture of Success”, including planogram compliance, competitive pricing, and optimal inventory levels.
  • Bring our brands to life in store by installing and maintaining promotional material, signage, and displays in a compelling way.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and directors to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and recommend growth opportunities, such as negotiating additional space, increasing visibility, and supporting new product launches.
  • Monitor, analyze, and document store conditions through visual and photo audits, submitting accurate reports via our mobile field management app.
  • Act as a key liaison between stores and our sales, marketing, and supply chain teams by sharing insights that help shape strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or field sales (ideally in CPG or grocery)
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; natural relationship builder
  • Tech-savy and comfortable using CRM systems or mobile reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Functional bilingualism (French/English) may be required depending on territory
