THE SCOPE

The Marketing Coordinator role blends design, content creation, campaign coordination, and social media management. It is a highly collaborative position that works closely with Marketing and Sales, to drive brand presence, market engagement, and customer connection.

THE ROLE

  • Design marketing collateral including; brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
  • Create and edit digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and ads
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written marketing materials
  • Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
  • Collaborate on content creation for newsletters, blogs, emails, and website updates
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Help plan and execute events, trade shows, product launches, and promotions
  • Maintain and update website content and track performance using analytics tools
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design revisions and content updates

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role with creative and graphic design responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Experience creating and editing visual content for print and digital platforms
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media management, and email campaigns
  • Familiarity with web design tools (WordPress), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp), and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an asset
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills

A portfolio of design work will be requested.

  • Photography skills would be viewed as an asset in this role
