When you join our PCI Partnership Pricing team, you’ll be part of a brand-new chapter at Aviva. This is a highly dynamic role that blends actuarial analysis with business problem-solving, giving you exposure to everything from technical modeling to strategic discussions with partners.
What You’ll Do
- Support pricing initiatives for the PCI partnership, including dislocation analysis, retention studies, new business and renewal monitoring
- Design and optimize analytics frameworks to detect emerging trends for PCI new business to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making
- Develop and evolve the PCI market model, integrating profitability analytics with conversion dynamics to harmonize actuarial rigor with business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive campaign performance evaluations, synthesizing quantitative insights to inform strategic recommendations for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the downstream impacts of the portfolio transfer
- Support Data Analytics team on leveraging loyalty data for customer-level targeting
- Research and apply both traditional and innovative ways to apply accepted actuarial techniques to business issues
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, translating technical findings into actionable insights tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 CAS exams
- Minimum of 3 years of P&C work experience
- Strong proficiency in Python (hands-on coding experience required)
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills; strong MS Office skills
- Curiosity and adaptability to work on both actuarial and business-focused projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
- Experience with SAS and VBA is an asset
