About The Role
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with expertise in full-stack QA, including front-end, web service, and non-functional testing, to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks that ensure the high quality of our innovative Home solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans and automation suites. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes, enabling rapid delivery of reliable products. Participation in agile ceremonies such as standups, retrospectives, and planning meetings will be integral to your daily activities, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining automation suites for complex web applications
- Proficiency in developing automated tests using C#, Java, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and Robot Framework
- Experience with mobile application automation tools (iOS and Android) is highly desirable
- Exposure to Azure DevOps Test Plans for test management and execution
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Working knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL queries
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases suitable for automation
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites, utilizing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.io
- Partner with team leads to identify opportunities for automation, reducing manual testing efforts and increasing test coverage
- Collaborate with developers to identify and automate test cases for new features and releases
- Thoroughly review functional specifications, technical design documents, and test plans to ensure clarity and testability
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects to ensure timely resolution and high-quality product delivery
- Champion automation best practices and advocate for continuous improvement in testing processes
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, providing insights and feedback to enhance product quality
