En tant que développeur logiciel senior, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’évolution de notre plateforme SaaS de commerce. Vous serez responsable de la conception, de l’implémentation, du déploiement et de la maintenance des modules principaux, en travaillant sur l’ensemble de la pile technologique. Des microservices évolutifs aux API sécurisées, en passant par des composants frontend intuitifs, vous contribuerez à fournir des solutions robustes, conviviales et durables. Vous serez également garant de la qualité grâce à l’automatisation et aux meilleures pratiques DevOps.

Vous êtes un développeur senior avec une expertise technique approfondie, un fort sens des responsabilités, et la capacité de travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement. Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble du cycle de vie du développement logiciel — de la conception à la maintenance — et vous donnez l’exemple. Vous aimez résoudre des problèmes, partager vos connaissances et améliorer continuellement vos compétences.

Responsabilités
- Concevoir et développer des services backend en utilisant Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud et Spring Security
- Créer et consommer des API RESTful, avec documentation via Swagger/OpenAPI
- Développer des composants frontend avec React, Angular ou des frameworks similaires
- Gérer les données avec SQL et des outils ORM
- Déployer des applications sur AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud à l’aide de Docker et Kubernetes
- Mettre en place et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD avec des outils tels que Jenkins ou GitHub Actions
- Écrire et maintenir des tests automatisés avec JUnit, Mockito et WireMock ; une expérience avec Cypress, Karate et Seleniumest considérée comme un atout
- Concevoir des architectures évolutives mutualisée et optimiser les performances via la mise en cache et le traitement asynchrone
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes, et soutenir les membres de l’équipe dans cette démarche
- Contribuer aux décisions architecturales à long terme et à la stratégie produit
- Collaborer étroitement avec les chefs de produit, les ingénieurs QA, les spécialistes DevOps et les rédacteurs de documentation techniques pour fournir des solutions de haute qualité

Qualifications
- Diplôme en informatique, génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle en développement logiciel, avec des responsabilités croissantes
- Expérience avérée dans la livraison de solutions full-stack de haute qualité dans des environnements complexes
- Expertise en optimisation des performances et en observabilité
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à établir des priorités et à gérer efficacement son temps
- Expérience dans la résolution de problèmes complexes et la contribution à des projets interfonctionnels
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir des partenariats efficaces entre les équipes
- Familiarité avec les méthodologies Agile/Scrum et les workflows Git
- Volonté de mentorat et de partage des connaissances au sein de l’organisation
- Esprit de croissance, avec une passion pour l’apprentissage continu et une curiosité pour les technologies émergentes
