The maintenance professional is part of the maintenance of the REMproject's signaling & communication systems and to support the maintenance activities of the GPMM consortium on behalf of Alstom.Responsibility for roles includes, but is not limited to, conventional signaling, digital signaling and the control center in an Urbalis 400project.
Overview Of Position
The maintenance professional is part of the maintenance of signalling & Comm systems and will work in a multi-disciplinary group and do business with the following Alstom and Consortium teams:
The MRS system team, Alstom project team setting up the REM project signalling & Communication.
The Rolling Stock team in charge of putting the train into service.
The Track Maintenance team, belonging to the GPMM consortiumin charge of interventions on ground signalling & Comm equipmentand to whom we will have to provide from expertise, technical support and ensure the availability and logistics of parts.
The Sig & COM team where we will have to provide technical support and all level interventions on train (level 1 to level5) and on wayside level 3 to 5.
The central team, in Saint-Ouen (engineering) as part of the default analysis and in Villeurbanne as part of the repairs of theparts (Engineering /Technical Support and repair centre) You may request to work in Shifts i.e. mornings, evenings, nights,public holidays, or end of week.
Responsibilities
The Sig & Comm Specilaist - ATS is responsible for the maintenance of ATS system till Level 5 with in the signaling & commn systems and he is supporting the implementation of the following business areas under the responsibility of the Maintenance signaling & communication engineering: Responsible for the maintenance and application of maintenance processes for signaling & Communication systems (compliance with maintenance plans as well as cybersecurity policies).
Responsible for analysing problems related to ATS system with in the signaling & comm till level 5 in partnership with the MRS Guarantee teams and the maintenance signaling & Comm Leader.
Ability to use the signaling & comm tools made available for analysis & troubleshooting: PCC Logs, WS logs, ATSLog, Playback, OPC.
Ability to rebuild & support changes for ATS system on crash or update plus deployment of patch of ATS.
Responsible person and point of contact for any Sig & Com activity & Failure investigation.
EHS minded, aware of the electrical risks and able to ensure the safety of not electrical minded persons working in an electrical environment.

Strong will to learn Signaling & Comm troubleshooting and Maint Engineering. Maintenance processes and procedures application with Alstom's processes. A well-managed and motivated workforce. Development of a safety culture within the group. Key Performance Indicators Can demonstrate on-time delivery to meet the needs ofmaintenance & troubleshooting. Sig & Com Technical support

Qualifications: Engineer, Professional or equivalent
Experience:
3 or 5 years of Railway Signaling & Comm in ATS, Iconis product
Knowledge of Urbalis 400 products and solution (advantage) prefereble ATS i.e iconics background
Language: French, English
