We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Data Infrastructure & Analytics , to play a pivotal role in shaping how data informs decision-making across our national Home Health portfolio. In this role, you’ll lead a team that directly influences how we deliver care, improve operations, and measure outcomes for clients, team members, and the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical depth with people leadership. You’ll design, maintain, and optimize our data warehouse, pipelines, and reporting tools, while mentoring a team of analysts and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Data Infrastructure & Management: Maintain and enhance our SQL Server data warehouse, oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensure resilience, fault tolerance, and recovery procedures are in place.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Administer and expand a suite of Power BI dashboards across Clinical Excellence, Operational Excellence, and Quality & Safety; design and implement new reporting solutions.
  • Governance & Documentation: Manage user access, maintain a data catalogue, document data logic and sources, and enforce governance practices that align with compliance standards.
  • Operational Support: Respond to ad hoc reporting needs, monitor data refresh schedules, manage external data feeds, and implement alerting for issues.
  • People Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leaders across Clinical, Operational, and Quality portfolios to translate needs into KPIs, train stakeholders on Power BI use, and act as the go-to expert for data questions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Management Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and BI development.
  • Proven ability to design, document, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience with data governance, lineage documentation, and compliance in regulated industries.
  • Comfort working as both a sole contributor and a leader of technical teams.
  • Background in healthcare or regulated environments, with familiarity in clinical or operational data, is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Inclusive leadership mindset, with demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching team members.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
