We are seeking a highly skilled Enablon Consultant to join our team and assist with ongoing support and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enablon modules, including Shared Functions, Health & Safety, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Change, Proficiency, Metrics, Chemical, and Action Plans, with a strong understanding of upcoming modules and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Enablon modules used by the client.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and customization of Enablon modules to meet client requirements.
• Conduct continuous assessment of existing processes and modules to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support rollouts of upcoming modules and features, ensuring smooth integration.
• Facilitate user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of Enablon solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, configurations, and customizations.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management objectives are met.
• Participate in ORM – CoW activities and contribute to overall project success.

Qualifications::

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience with Enablon modules and support projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, audit, risk management, and compliance processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Hong Kong or a similar regional environment.
• Knowledge of ORM – CoW and continuous assessment practices.
• Certification in Enablon or related systems is a plus.
