You are

- Ensure backend office, paperwork, reports and contracts are executed and organized correctly
- Ensure the staffing schedule is followed and submitted once a month and notify the Director, Sales of any changes
- Provide recommendations to the Director, Sales on best unit mix to publish on MLS
- Participate in strategy and planning sessions, and process evaluations
- Lead pricing review discussions with Sales team to uncover revenue opportunities
- Ensure Sales team follows Anthem’s sales process and follow up correspondence on pending deals
- Lead communication between the onsite team and office regarding sales and marketing program
- Create meaningful engagement with all leads and provide timely follow up
- Continuously engage and reinforce existing valuable Realtor relationships
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management in real estate with a developer
- Experience leasing up new residential properties is an asset
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales teams
- Superior time management and organizational skills
