The Demand Generation & Content Specialist drives qualified pipeline growth by creating and executing vertical campaigns and coordinating industry events, while producing commercial-specific content assets such as case studies, white papers, and customer success stories. This role blends campaign execution with content creation to fuel both acquisition and retention. It requires someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data teams to deliver measurable results, while leveraging technology and AI to optimize targeting, content performance, and campaign efficiency.

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across verticals
  • Manage industry events, expos, and partnerships to drive leads
  • Develop commercial-specific content (case studies, white papers, playbooks, testimonials)
  • Run ABM pilots and maintain a campaign calendar aligned to sales priorities
  • Launch loyalty campaigns and customer programs to support retention
  • Optimize landing pages and engagement in partnership with Digital Specialists
  • Ensure campaign inputs flow into nurture journeys with Automation Specialists
  • Use data-driven insights to test, optimize, and refine campaigns and content
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery (concept → execution → reporting)
  • Leverage AI for automation, content creation, and performance optimization

KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS

  • MQL volume generated by campaigns and events
  • Campaign response rates (CTR, engagement, form fills)
  • ABM engagement metrics (open rates, meeting booked)
  • Contribution to SQL pipeline
  • Event ROI (leads generated, CAC efficiency)

What You Bring To The Table

  • 2–4 years in B2B demand generation, content marketing, or campaign management
  • Skilled in multi-channel B2B targeting (email, events, social, digital, ABM)
  • Strong content development (case studies, white papers, sales collateral)
  • Data-driven; adept at interpreting insights to guide decisions
  • End-to-end campaign ownership (concept → execution → reporting)
  • Hands-on with ABM tools and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator (Sales, Product, Data)
  • Proficient with AI and automation tools for marketing

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum

(Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
