Our mission is simple: help B2B AI startups cut through the noise, get investor-ready, and build visibility in the AI economy with tools that combine marketing automation, AI-first websites, search engine + answer engine optimization (SEO + AEO), and intelligent lead generation.
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR)- AI-First Marketing Services, to help close new business opportunities and grow our client base. This is an entrepreneurial role with high earning potential.
What You Will Do
Help ambitious startups, MSPs, and telecom partners discover how AI-powered services can transform their growth. You’ll be on the front line of outreach, creating opportunities for clients to leverage solutions like:
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): visibility where AI is looking.
- Investor Readiness Packages: storytelling that secures funding.
- AI-Enhanced Product Marketing Strategy: positioning that resonates.
- AI Citation & Mention Building: credibility across digital ecosystems.
- Website Development & Maintenance: hands-off, AI-friendly websites.
Responsibilities
- Find, engage, and qualify new business opportunities for Xeo’s AI-powered marketing services.
- Build a professional network of prospects across startups, MSPs, and telecom partners.
- Introduce services like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Investor Readiness Packages, AI Product Marketing Strategy, AI Citation & Mention Building, and Website Development.
- Book meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up to nurture opportunities.
- Work with leadership during contract discussions to ensure client success.
- Collaborate with marketing to run lead-gen campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Keep CRM and pipeline data clean, updated, and accurate.
- Explore opportunities for upsell and additional revenues.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (AI, marketing, SaaS, or telecom is a plus).
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Self-starter: organized, driven, and entrepreneurial.
- Curious about AI-first services and eager to learn fast.
