Job Description
DealerCorp Solutions, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst you will work in a cross-team collaboration in the software development cycle. You will work with customers to analyze the business requirements by investigating the customer issues, design software function/flow to match the business requirements, and support the product enhancements and bug fixes.

As a Business Analyst you will work in a cross-team collaboration in the software development cycle. You will work with customers to analyze the business requirements by investigating the customer issues, design software function/flow to match the business requirements, and support the product enhancements and bug fixes.
Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Develop product function (workflow and dataflow) based on the business requirements
- Ensure that requirements are clearly, accurately, and thoroughly documented and understood by the development team before going to the development stage
- Monitoring/reviewing design during development phase
- Utilize SQL coding to retrieve data from database
- Conduct the software product test, identify malfunction and bugs for correction
- Participation in implementing the changes into production and function test in production
- Work with development and QA to insure they are aligned
- Technical setup for third party integration using home development software tools
- Participate on daily operation by providing Tier 3 technical support using extensive product knowledge
- Understand and build solutions/formulas that require complex calculations as it applies to calculating insurance premiums, balloon calculations, bar rates, blended rates, truncation, lease and finance payments
- Provide support and knowledge transfer for 3rd parties and underwriters
- Work with the on-boarding team to train customers on how to use all product features and functions
- Repetitive office tasks (computer usage)
- Sit/stand in an assigned office space for up to 2 hours at a time for a full shift
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics preferred
- Knowledge of SQL and the ability to configure and test software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of finance and insurance in automotive industry preferred
