We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to serve as the architect of our revenue operations ecosystem. This role is critical to scaling our growth by building robust, data-driven systems that seamlessly connect marketing efforts to sales outcomes and optimize the entire revenue generation process. You'll be responsible for creating the operational foundation that enables both marketing and sales teams to deliver personalized, high-impact experiences to enterprise executives across Canada.

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Operations & Automation

  • Build sophisticated multi-touch drip campaigns that nurture prospects through complex, lengthy sales cycles
  • Design and implement advanced lead scoring models that accurately identify sales-ready prospects
  • Create dynamic workflows that automatically route leads based on company size, industry, geography, and engagement behavior
  • Optimize the critical marketing-to-sales handoff process to ensure no qualified leads fall through the cracks
  • Work closely with content, digital, and design teams to execute integrated campaigns



System Architecture & Integration

  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable HubSpot infrastructure that supports our growth trajectory from startup to enterprise-level operations
  • Architect and manage seamless bi-directional integration between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring real-time data synchronization for both marketing and sales activities
  • Establish system governance protocols to maintain data integrity across all revenue operations platforms
  • Configure and maintain sales automation tools, including email sequences, task automation, and pipeline management


Process Development & Documentation

  • Develop comprehensive, standardized marketing and sales processes that reduce human error and increase team efficiency across the entire revenue cycle
  • Create automated sales workflows for follow-up sequences, proposal generation, and contract management
  • Create detailed process documentation and training materials for consistent execution across both marketing and sales teams
  • Design sales playbooks and methodologies that align with TEC's consultative selling approach



Performance Analytics & Creative Insight

  • Monitor and analyze comprehensive performance metrics across the entire revenue cycle, including campaign performance, lead conversion rates, sales velocity, win rates, and revenue attribution
  • Recommend campaign optimizations and set creative direction based on performance analytics
  • Conduct a deep-dive analysis on the complete customer journey from first touch to closed-won to identify optimization opportunities
  • Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations that directly inform both marketing and sales strategy
  • Create executive-level dashboards that clearly communicate the complete revenue operations contribution


Data Quality & Governance

  • Conduct regular audits of pipeline data, contact records, and opportunity progression to maintain system performance
  • Create protocols for data collection, storage, and usage that comply with privacy regulations and support both marketing and sales activities


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub)
  • Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM systems
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms and workflow design
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing and sales operations
