What You’ll Do

Project Delivery

  • Lead full‑lifecycle project delivery—kickoff to lessons learned for NEXIA, SCADA, middleware, and OT system deployments
  • Conduct plan and design reviews, manage implementation milestones, oversee customer handoff, and support the transition from the project team to the service team

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the central coordinator across DTG functions: Product, Implementation, Services, and Business Development
  • Act as the voice of the customer to help identify gaps in our product offering or opportunities to act on unrealized potential within a customer’s process or facility
  • Guide technical alignment between system capabilities and customer expectations

Scope Management

  • Prevent scope creep through proactive discovery, documentation, and clear communication of project deliverables
  • Ensure all required work is captured, resourced, and aligned with the client’s success criteria
  • Lead internal and external conversations to evaluate impact, negotiate changes, and drive timely approvals for change orders
  • Generate and qualify new leads discovered through project execution, feeding them into the sales funnel
  • Advocate for the client’s long-term success by recommending solution extensions when justified by ROI or operational value
  • Ensure scope decisions are traceable and communicated across all relevant teams (delivery, sales, product, service)

Culture & Standardization

  • Champion DTG’s culture of curiosity, clarity, accountability, and grit in every project
  • Identify repeatable patterns and lead standardization across deployments

Coaching & Mentorship

  • Coach internal and external stakeholders—modeling fearless execution and human‑first problem‑solving

Note: The key accountabilities are not an exhaustive list and other duties may be assigned as needed.

What You Bring

Must-Have

  • 5+ years in project management within industrial automation, systems integration, or digital transformation
  • Technical fluency in SCADA, PLC, OT/IT systems, IIoT architecture, or software deployments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and executive levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites and partner locations

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AGVs/AMRs, industrial orchestration platforms, or hybrid product-service models
