- Strategic initiatives;
- Data analysis, develop reports and key metrics on Bombardier’s program / customer support performance;
- Support the operations by preparing, tracking, and reporting on initiatives;
- Assist program managers in working with a diverse group of internal stakeholders to create, support and / or manage customer issues and initiatives; and
- Prepare and present oral and written presentations of findings and recommendations to the Fleet Operators and Service Management Teams Manager.
- You are enrolled in a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce;
- You have strong planning and organizational skills;
- You are proactive, results-oriented and customer focused;
- You have proficiency level in the use of software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- You are able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively;
- You have excellent communication skills both in English and French (spoken and written);
- You are focused on results and performance; and
- You are comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing and dynamic.

- Duration: 4 months
