Description

Position Summary:

This position prepares and publishes Preliminary and Final In-Line Inspection (ILI) reports and supporting documentation. The Lead Technical Writer will coordinate the efforts of the Technical Writing team, provide QA/QC of reports prepared by other Technical Writing team members, revise reports as needed, aid in printing and shipping reports, and produce internal documentation for ENTEGRA as required.

Responsibilities

  • QA/QC reports and any other documents completed by Technical Writer
  • Complete reports as needed by Data Analyst Leads
  • Coordinate, plan, and delegate report completion work to Technical Writing team
  • Aid in printing and preparing physical reports for shipment
  • Write and edit documentation for Entegra
  • Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Writing Certificate, or related field experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years technical writing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry preferred.
  • Experience in developing report templates, process flow for high volume report creation, and management of high-volume custom report creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a small team.
