On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Content Designer, Commercial Banking (Payments) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Digital Content Designer, Commercial Banking (Payments) - Job Description:

This designer will be part of a team responsible for designing, building, and launching an industry-leading banking portal for commercial banking clients. The project focuses on enhancing the Payments Journey, including multiple payment methods and payee management, to ensure a seamless user experience.


Digital Content Designer, Commercial Banking (Payments) - Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Content Design across core banking aspects of the Payments Journey
• Work collaboratively with designers to ensure a seamless user experience
• Apply content design expertise to establish information hierarchies
• Facilitate complex design critiques and provide content recommendations
• Ensure consistency, inclusivity, and guidance to a cross-functional team
  
  
  

Digital Content Designer, Commercial Banking (Payments) - Mandatory Skills:

• A post-secondary education, ideally with a university degree or college diploma
• At least 4 years of content writing experience at a creative agency or in-house creative team
• A portfolio of work samples showcasing copywriting work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Figma
  
  
  

Digital Content Designer, Commercial Banking (Payments) – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Banking background, specifically in Payment initiatives
• Facility in French
• Familiarity with Mural, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote
