What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS ( Bamboo HR)
• Create and administer employment contracts
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Support training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
• Generate reports and conduct audits for HR team and operations
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams as needed
• Contribute to employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Process employee resignations
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years in an HR or administrative role
• Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledgeable: Familiar with employment standards across multiple provinces
• Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office + HRIS (we use BambooHR)
• People-Centric: Skilled in building relationships at all levels
• Proactive: You bring energy, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to supporting and empowering our people.
• Flexible: Able to manage multiple priorities and travel occasionally (valid driver’s license required)
• Driver’s license is required for occasional site visits
