Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Product Experience Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in UX consulting and design systems to enhance user experiences. With a focus on creative design for websites and apps you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in the retail banking domain utilizing tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions that enhance product experiences.
• Utilize your expertise in Experience Design POV to drive innovative design strategies and solutions.
• Lead UX consulting efforts to understand client needs and translate them into actionable design plans.
• Develop and manage design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Create and maintain UI design patterns that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
• Utilize Figma and Adobe XD to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Apply product design principles to create responsive web designs that adapt seamlessly across devices.
• Incorporate visual design elements and fundamentals to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
• Conduct heuristic reviews to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
• Engage in creative design for websites and apps ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual branding and create compelling design assets.
• Develop information architecture that organizes content effectively and enhances user navigation.
• Implement interaction design techniques to create engaging and interactive user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in Experience Design POV UX Consulting and Design System Management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Figma Adobe XD and Adobe Photoshop for design creation and enhancement.
• Have a solid understanding of UI Design Patterns and Visual Design Elements & Fundamentals.
• Experience in Product Design and Responsive Web Design is essential.
• Knowledge of Visual Branding and Creative Design for Websites & Apps is required.
• Familiarity with Information Architecture and Interaction Design is a plus.
• Experience in the Retail Banking domain is advantageous.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $145,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
