What are your contributions to the team?

  • Review, Process and Monitor Disability Claims
  • Process and manage employee files
  • Communicate with Insurance Provider
  • Participate in claim review meetings with the HR Director, HR Manager, and Medical Consultant
  • Coordinate with HR on complex claims
  • Facilitate employee accommodations and return to work
  • Prepare Letters on behalf of HR
  • Participate in WSIB Claims
  • Prepare offer letters of accommodations
  • Participate in HR Projects

  • You are flexible and able to work in a complex and fast-paced work environment
  • You are detail-oriented
  • You have strong communication and writing skills
  • You are enrolled in a Business, Human Resources, or a Disability Management program
  • You are available to work on a full-time basis as of January 2026 for 12 months.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
