The Role

Step into a leadership role at AIRE’s first Canadian flagship. As Therapist Supervisor, you’ll guide the largest department in our operation, coordinating a team of over 40 people — including 9 Customer Experience staff in the Bath Area and 12–14 Therapists per shift.

This is your chance to work in a high-end wellness environment with more scale, structure, and impact than ever before. You’ll not only ensure flawless daily execution — you’ll also grow as a leader, developing people, learning new digital tools, and helping shape a culture of excellence from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Support Daily Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day flow of the Bath Area, supervising Therapists and Customer Experience staff to deliver seamless service. You’ll ensure treatment schedules and guest interactions run with precision and harmony.

  • Ensure Service Standards: Uphold AIRE’s treatment protocols, ambiance, and Service Standards across both teams, making sure every detail enhances the guest experience.
  • Guest Experience Guardian: Act as a visible presence in the Bath Area, ensuring guests feel cared for and supported, and responding personally to any special requests or incidents.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a first-line leader by guiding, motivating, and supporting both Therapists and Customer Experience staff. Conduct briefings, assign daily responsibilities, and step in to resolve any operational challenges.
  • Training & Development: Support the Therapist Manager in providing regular feedback, coaching, and development plans. Play an active role in training new team members and reinforcing standards to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Who You Are:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the Wellness or Fitness industry.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in frontline roles within these industries.
  • Strong digital skills — you’ll be managing schedules, booking systems, and helping to optimize operations behind the scenes.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to stay focused, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous Forbes standards training or experience in luxury service environments is a strong plus.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
