Role Overview

Our client in the non profit, healthcare industry is looking for a candidate over the next few months to assist them with medical customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of clerical, and front-office responsibilities, and be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Process, code, and enter invoices for payment; ensure funding approvals.
  • Enter and verify banking details; process and post EFT transactions.
  • Monitor, correct, and repost discrepancies as needed.
  • Purchase and manage office supplies.
  • Transcribe and distribute consult reports.
  • Draft reports, letters, memos, and emails.
  • Maintain filing systems and records.

Qualifications

  • Community College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general office procedures
  • Typing skills at acceptable level (50 words per minute) in order to handle a volume of typing and data entry
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the use of Access Databases and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
