You Have

• Led the administration and continuous improvement of group benefits programs
• Managed short- and long-term disability cases with empathy and discretion
• Designed and launched wellness initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
• Partnered with vendors, insurers, and internal teams to optimize service delivery
• Led open enrolment, plan renewals and RFP processes for benefits program changes
• Ensured compliance with evolving regulatory changes across all benefits programs
• Leveraged utilization data and employee feedback to drive program enhancements
• Contributed to Total Rewards strategy through cross-functional collaboration and project leadership
• Delivered learning sessions and educational campaigns to drive participation and engagement
