In the Customer Due Diligence & Fraud team, you will find a group of individuals with excellent critical thinking skills, capable of meticulous analysis and a high degree of technical knowhow. If you are the right candidate, you’ll be highly process driven with an eye for detail, but flexible enough to think on your feet when you need to.

So, what will you be doing?
- Carrying out the day-to-day processes within the Gaming Finance Team for our Ontario iGaming and Sportsbook ventures
- Monitoring and actioning all ingoing and outgoing account activity
- Ensuring compliance with Fraud, Risk, AML, EDD, Responsible Gaming, and KYC requirements
- Collaborating with the Responsible Gambling team to meet fraud, KYC, EDD, Risk, and AML obligations for high-value players
- Processing member withdrawal requests in line with AML and KYC/Payment policies
- Monitoring third-party payment systems and solving technical issues
- Verifying member identity documents for multiple jurisdictions
- Acting as a liaison between members, internal teams, and third-party contacts
- Assisting with player onboarding during the KYC process
- Demonstrate experience in AML, fraud, and risk management
- Possess experience in iGaming, sports betting, or poker
- Show meticulous attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly from mistakes
- Deliver on tight deadlines and work efficiently
- Utilize tools like Geocomply, Ideology, and SharePoint
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Showcase interpersonal skills, flexibility, and effective time management
- Understand risk management, the internet industry, and online payment mechanisms.
