About The Team

Kinaxis is seeking an experienced Partner & Alliance Marketing Lead to drive the creation and execution of marketing programs that fuel Kinaxis’ growth through our most strategic alliances, SIs, cloud providers, ISVs, and top channel partners.

In this role, you will own the global partner and alliance marketing agenda while working closely with regional field marketing teams and partner managers to build and deliver joint marketing plans with top partners. You will ensure our ecosystem has the messaging, tools, and demand generation programs required to deliver measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution — ideal for someone who thrives on shaping global programs while partnering locally to make them successful in-market.

What you will do

Partner & Alliance Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead global partner and alliance marketing programs aligned with Kinaxis corporate GTM priorities.
  • Build and scale repeatable, campaign-in-a-box programs, thought leadership initiatives, and co-marketing frameworks that partners can activate regionally.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and co-branding across alliances and partner campaigns.

Regional Field Marketing Alignment

  • Collaborate with regional field marketing teams to co-develop joint marketing plans with top partners and alliances.
  • Partner with regional sales and alliance managers to ensure local partner marketing investments are aligned with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Support regions in localizing and executing global programs, adapting messaging and tactics to drive adoption and performance in each market.

Strategic Partner Engagement

  • Serve as marketing lead for priority alliances and partners, working hand-in-hand with partner development managers to plan and execute co-marketing initiatives.
  • Drive joint GTM planning with global alliances (e.g., cloud providers, SIs, consulting firms), ensuring Kinaxis is positioned as a strategic co-sell partner.
  • Build executive-level alignment with partner marketing counterparts to maximize collaboration and co-investment.

Enablement & Resources

  • Create enablement toolkits, content, and campaign resources to help regional teams and partners activate Kinaxis messaging and campaigns quickly.
  • Partner with sales enablement to ensure field teams understand and can leverage alliance and partner campaigns effectively.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define, track, and report on KPIs for alliance and partner marketing programs (pipeline sourced/influenced, revenue contribution, campaign adoption).
  • Share best practices across regions to continuously improve program execution.
  • Collect feedback from partners and regional stakeholders to refine global campaigns and maximize results.

What we are looking for

  • 5-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or field marketing within B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in building joint marketing plans with top partners and alliances that deliver pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong experience collaborating with regional field marketing teams and aligning programs to local market needs.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence both internally (sales, marketing, alliances) and externally (partner executives).
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft and present compelling partner value propositions.
  • Data-driven, with experience measuring the business impact of partner marketing programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
