Job Description
The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing the overall performance and development of Cavendish products at assigned Accounts. Working in co-operation with functional and cross-functional peers and support groups to build the Cavendish business in a steady and sustainable fashion, in accordance with the strategic objectives and with the core values of the corporation.

The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing the overall performance and development of Cavendish products at assigned Accounts. Working in co-operation with functional and cross-functional peers and support groups to build the Cavendish business in a steady and sustainable fashion, in accordance with the strategic objectives and with the core values of the corporation.
Responsibilities
- As the owner of the total customer relationship, you will be required to bring in resources to support the business as required.
- Meet with customers regularly to review category/business and present opportunities to increase sales and profitability by negotiating new / increased distribution, pricing & promotional programs within the approved parameters.
- Develop, gain customer alignment and execute strategic and profitable growth plans with the goal to achieve a Win Win outcome.
- Seeks business growth opportunities by analyzing customer and category performance / insights and working in cooperation with peer departments including Category Management and Marketing to develop fact-based recommendations.
- Responsible for trade spend management and internal customer financial performance including all metrics on the customer P&L
- Own the forecasting and Demand Plan for the customer portfolio.
- Participates in planning processes with assigned accounts.
- Post Secondary Education
- 5+ Years Account Management
- Proven success managing large or strategic accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Fluent in both French and English
