The Global Wealth Engineering Technology team is seeking an exceptionally skilled and technically adept Technical Business Systems Analyst to drive system architecture, integration, and optimization efforts within our organization. As a Senior BSA, you will be responsible for deep technical evaluations, advanced system designs, and ensuring seamless interoperability between complex enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and automation frameworks, and is adept at translating technical insights into business-focused solutions

  • Strategic Leadership
    : Drive enterprise-wide system design, integration, and optimization aligned with business goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead complex solution architecture, data management, and integration strategies across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Process & Data Excellence: Champion automation, advanced analytics, and performance improvements.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure systems meet regulatory, security, and operational standards.
  • Incident Management: Oversee production support, root cause analysis, and resolution workflows.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with enterprise systems, databases, cloud technologies, and integration frameworks.
  • Programming & Scripting: Strong command of [Specify Languages – e.g., SQL, Java].
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and implement with precision.
  • Communication & Documentation: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights.
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes and ITIL framework.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for monitoring, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Experience in classifying and categorizing incidents into system problems, enhancements, or user errors.
  • Ability to interpret and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
  • Excellent business communication skills—both written and verbal—for stakeholder updates and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements to reduce incident volume
