Who you are:
As a Box Office Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience at the Noel Festival. Reporting to the Box Office Lead, you’ll manage onsite ticket sales, provide top-notch customer service, and support ticketing operations using the AdmitONE platform. You’re detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during the holiday season.
The Fine Print:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, proactive approach to all ticketing activities.
- Support the Box Office Lead in day-to-day ticketing operations, including processing transactions through AdmitONE.
- Sell and issue tickets onsite at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds.
- Answer attendee questions and assist with troubleshooting ticketing issues.
- Manage ticket inventory, including processing paid and complimentary sales.
- Coordinate with Box Office Lead, Client Success Specialist, and Event Managers to ensure all event details are accurate and understood.
- Travel to other event locations may occasionally be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for someone with:
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as required for live events).
- Ability to reliably commute to the Cloverdale Fairgrounds and arrive on time for shifts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and handle multiple tasks at once.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with both colleagues and guests.
