In This Role, You Will
- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise data platforms, including Clinical Data Hubs and Claims Data Warehouses
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across healthcare domains (Medicare Advantage, Stop Loss, Claims, Membership)
- Translate complex data needs into actionable specifications using SQL, Power BI, and data mapping techniques
- Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and stakeholder interviews to drive clarity and alignment
- Support compliance efforts including HIPAA assessments, audit documentation, and risk mitigation strategies

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- 10+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Data Analytics, preferably in healthcare or insurance domains
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and requirements documentation
- Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and offshore teams
- Familiarity with healthcare data formats (FHIR, HL7, ICD-9/10, NCPDP) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and PAHM certification
- Experience with Power BI, Jira, and Mural for collaboration and reporting
- Background in enterprise data strategy, audit readiness, and vendor evaluation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business or technology
