VetStrategy is seeking a Practice Manager to join our growing network of clinics across Pembroke, Ontario. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of veterinary care in your community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire clinical and support teams across one or more practices
- Drive accountability and performance through coaching, feedback, and talent development
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility management
- Manage budgets, drive revenue, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving strategies
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure a consistent, compassionate experience
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and health & safety standards
- Champion local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Implement strategic initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.
- 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Financial acumen and comfort with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dayforce)
- A passion for client service and team development
- Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
